Top of the line iPAQ hx4700 pocket computer with a high speed 4 GB SD card, including the dictionary software, the JLT version of Eijiro, and the Edict, Conjugations, Enamdict, Kanjidic, and Readings dictionaries installed and ready to use.

The OS and built-in applications are in Japanese, though they're easier to use than some people might expect. Installing software takes more care than with the WM6 systems: if the internal RAM memory comes close to filling up, the system can slow down and become unstable; installing most new programs and storing data on a memory card, instead of the RAM, can easily keep this from ever becoming a problem, though. Installing programs to the memory card takes a little more care than in WM6, but it's not that hard and, of course, installing sofware isn't an everyday thing. However, the system gives you the same performance and very nearly the same features as the X51V for much less money. Can use SD cards up to 4 GB (4 GB SD card included) and any size CF cards.
The hx4700 system includes a battery, stylus, wall charger (universal 100-240 V, 50-60 Hz), cradle, USB sync/charge cable, documentation and backups on DVD, hard plastic screen cover, and generic screen protector (I recommend upgrading to one of the ClearTouch protectors).
