Just a specific response to 2 issues:

First, for a full explanation of all the codes, click "Copyright" in the Tools menu while you've got Kanjidic open; under the copyright info is a guide to all those codes.

Second, the Nelson numbers are perfectly correct. They are the "Classic" Nelson numbers and correspond to Nelson's original numbering system, the most widely used. Blame Prof. Nelson for changing the numbers in subsequent editions of his book--though, to be fair, he had no way of knowing they'd become canonical: he just thought he was making an indexing system for his own book.
