Amazing product

What an amazing product! I've had the Japanese OS version on an iPAQ for a month plus, and the dictionary functions are great. The kanji recognition really works well.
Peter's been a great resource, and he's obviously put a huge amount of effort (and himself) into this. Thanks!
There is a learning curve with the Japanese OS, but for the dictionary, it's pretty easy. For a lower intermediate student (JLPT level 4 or a bit better) like me, there's bit to do, but I figure it's just another learning experience.
The Japanese OS is a bit less transparent for using Pocket Outlook and (especially) for adding American games. (Shortcuts for the latter don't always get installed). So if you want to make full use of the iPAQ as a PDA, you should get an English language File Explorer. Resco is the high end, but GSFinder is free, and works fine for me.
I'll second Peter's endorsement of King Kanji, but I also really like Pocket Stackz for flashcards (great selection and more customizable, but without stroke order animation). Other SW I like: City Time, Pocket 10B SE (calculator), Magic Button, eWallet.
Get the InnoPocket Magnum Case; it's really convenient. I got mine from cases.com. SFPlanet.com is another good source for accessories.
