Message: I purchased the Axim (English OS) and I've had it for about three weeks now. I faced a few bumps in the road, which was ultimately caused by another software program that I installed. However, Peter was very helpful and promptly replied to my emails and helped resolved the IT problem. At first I was skeptical about purchasing something that was coming from across the globe (I'm based in US). However, Peter was very reliable and very professional. It takes awhile to get use to the keyboard when looking up Japanese/English words as I used to be an owner of a denshi, but I've gotten used to it. I think a dictionary PDA is definitely the way to go. Aside from the included programs, I've also been able to use it for watching Japanese news clips. It's a great tool and I highly recommend it!
