This shows the iPAQ screen, but the Japanese Axim one looks pretty much the same. If your battery is low, you'll see a message about low battery power here--just tap OK (and, of course, charge your dictionary).
You're done setting up the system, but you still don't have the dictionary program, Japanese support, and various helpful settings. You can restore all of those automatically using iPAQ Backup on the iPAQ or Data Backup on the Axim.
